Dr. Peter J. Theodorou of New York City will receive the 2007 New Dentist Leadership Award from the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA) Council on the New Dentist in November. Dr. Theodorou is active in the NYSDA, the American Dental Association and the Hellenic Dental Society of New York. A former U.S. Marine, Dr. Theodorou is the director of operations for the New York City division of Marines Helping Marines. He has also participated in mission work and a variety of fund-raising projects.
